Returns & Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all brand tags still attached.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: We will give you a notification once we get and check the return and the permission to get the refund. In case of approval, you will get a refund on the method of payment that you used initially in a span of 10 business days. Your bank or credit-card company may require a long time to put the money back on your account.
