Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A:This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the United States only.

Q; What is your Cut-Off Time :-

A:Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT -08:00) (PST )will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Q: How long does order processing take?
A: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Q: How long does Transit Time  take?

A; Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location within the United States.

A: Yes, once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided via email (if available).

Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all brand tags still attached.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: We will give you a notification once we get and check the return and the permission to get the refund. In case of approval, you will get a refund on the method of payment that you used initially in a span of 10 business days. Your bank or credit-card company may require a long time to put the money back on your account. In case the return had taken over 10 business days after we accepted it,  (Email: info@marckscouture.shop)
